Scheduling & Appointment Policy
To ensure we are prepared to provide high-quality, standardized assessment services, all visits are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins at this time.
48-Hour Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:
No refund
No option to reschedule
Assessment appointments require extended reserved time and preparation, and we appreciate your understanding.
Assessments typically last 45–60 minutes.
Arrivals that are 10 minutes or more late will result in cancellation of the appointment.
Attendance & Identification Requirements
A valid government-issued ID must be presented and must match the name of the legal guardian or parent signing required forms.
Only one individual may enter the assessment room with the person being assessed.
For individuals under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must be present.
Any additional accompanying individuals will be asked to remain in the waiting area.
